Have you heard of brain-enhancing bacteria?

Read on and use it to your benefit:

I don’t usually write about this, but I feel it’s important to share.

Psychobiotics are microorganisms that affect how the brain and bacteria interact.

Psychobiotics include things like probiotics and prebiotics.

Consuming psychobiotics has been associated in numerous studies to increased mood, less stress, and better sleep.

Increased interest in psychobiotic products has also been spurred by rising levels of stress and anxiety.

Furthermore, given that over 50 million Americans already have different types of sleep disturbances, the market for psychobiotics is predicted to increase significantly.

On Amazon, a well-liked psychobiotic product produces about $296K per month.

There’s a meta trend of microbiome therapeutics, this includes psychobiotics.

The number of therapeutic research involving the microbiome that was published rose by 15% last year, indicating that this area is receiving increasing attention.

Additionally, there have been more than 20% more clinical trials using the microbiota.

Trendy microbiome therapies include synbiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics.

Probiotics (beneficial gut bacteria) and prebiotics are combined to form synbiotics (non-digestible fibers that help these bacteria grow).

Synbiotics are specific combinations of these two items that function (synergistically) in concert with your digestive tract.

The market for microbiome treatments is predicted to rise 10 times in the following five years, so there appears to be plenty of room for future expansion in this area.

Are you already taking these?

Looking forward to talking to people about their experiences, side-effect, benefits of “enhancing the brain” using these bacteria.
